Healthy lifestyle are important and are not negotiable, but for us to live an enthusiast and complete life. There are certain things we ought to neglect, forsake and flew away from.

1. Being jealous, angry and vengeful of others:
Just don’t do this. The only person you will ever harm (or the person you harm the most) is yourself and your loved ones. Let go and move on. You have so much more in your life that needs focusing on.

2. Eating too much or little.
just to look a certain way: Don’t fall for society’s standard of beauty and try starving yourself. There is a real reason why you feel hungry, don’t deny yourself. However, eating too much or unhealthy junk food makes you feel sluggish and lethargic. Eat only what you need, and choose healthy options whenever you can. The essence of eating in the first place is that it help us to grow, survive, gain strength and be energetic.
3. Isolating ourselves from others:
We all like some privacy; that's good, we need some quiet time daily to be with ourselves and to think properly, but too much of it might make us to get depressed and feel loneliness.
No matter how our schedule are tight, we must not forget to create time to have fun with our loved ones, they have so much to teach us, stories to tell, advice to give us, Love to show, likewise you.
Because we can't give ourselves all the happiness we deserve, that's why we have to give others the chance to fill that.
4. Not learning from our past mistakes.
Well! We are born to make mistakes, when we learn from them they help us grow and attain maturity.
Yet, we cannot live long enough to make them all by ourselves.

But repeating the same mistakes every day are bad, let's learn from it and move on.
Let use little child as example: Little child loves reddish colour so much because it is flashy, when they saw a lantern, they would move closer to it to touch the flashy light, but when the fire burn his hand once he would run from it, next time he sees it. That tells us to acknowledge our mistakes and never go back to them again.
because there is no mistake so great than the mistake of not going on.
Sometimes there is a urge in us to judge others act, reasons might be that we don't like what they are doing because of our own personal perception.

Let people behave the way they wish to and continue living your own life.
One thing is for sure everyone has the right to expressed dear feelings, do whatever they want as far as they are not hurting anyone.
There is absolutely no reason to meddle yourself with someone else’s behavior if it has absolutely nothing to do with you.
All this will do is stress you out and distract you from focusing on yourself and your own personal needs. Why do you even care what’s going on in someone else’s life if it has no
bearing on your well-being?
7. Not realizing how unique you are
You can't be someone else and no matter how hard you may try, you will never be. It may sound clichéd, but the only person you can be better than is the person you were yesterday.
You will only jeopardize your own personal progress if you remain fixated on the progress of another person.
8. Over tasking ourselves.
Life is full of much task to do, some are necessary while others are not,
Engaging yourself under too many tasks, you may never emerge again. Learning how to manage your to do list is an essential skill in life and one that will render a lifetime of happiness.

9. Worried over the past
The past has gone and what would never come back again, but they have left so much memories in our life, either good or bad one.
It's not necessary to worry on them anymore, let's just learn from the lesson it has teach us and use those lesson has a guide on your daily activities.
10. Believing others opinions is supreme.
Just because the majority of people believe something to be right or true does not mean it is.
For you to have full control of your life you must have the courage to follow your mind. Whether anyone agree or not
11. Under pressure to say NO
Letter 'No' is two letter words, but we find it difficult to say.
We are in a pressure to say 'Yes' always even thou, what we intended to say is 'No' because we haven
't build the courage to reject there Request, we accept anything they request from us, whether we feel like, or not.
To act honestly- even at the risk of saying the unpleasant truth, or of saying no and causing distress to others- if done with intelligence and tact, is the kindest thing to do because it respects our own integrity and acknowledges in others the capacity to be competent and mature.
12. Putting so much expectations on others.
Expectation is the root of all disappointment.
We put some expectations on our friends, parents and people, that they should treat us in some way, on how things ought to be, understand our feelings, love us more
They might rarely live your expectations in your mind, which is why we get disappointed.
